Benefiting The
American Nystagmus Network
Dear friends,
Nystagmus is an involuntary eye movement which usually results in some degree of visual loss. The degree and direction of eye movement, amount of visual loss and resulting impairment varies greatly from person to person. The American Nystagmus Network, Inc., (ANN) is a nonprofit organization established in February, 1999, to serve the needs and interests of those affected by Nystagmus. In addition to hosting bi-annual conferences, ANN offers Assistive Technology Grants and Academic Scholarships for those who are pursuing a post secondary education. For more information on ANN, please go to www.nystagmus.org.
You are invited to play/sponsor in the Inaugural ANN Golf Classic on Saturday August 21, 2010. Each three-member team will be treated to 18 holes of scramble format golf at the award-winning Atchafalaya at Idlewild Golf Course in Patterson, Louisiana. The shotgun tournament will tee off at 8 a.m.
Entry fees are $375 per three-man team with each team member receiving a tournament logoed polo. Hole sponsorships are available for $150. Each sponsor will have a logoed golf flag imprinted with their company name that will be returned to that sponsor after the tournament. All proceeds will go to the American Nystagmus Network. Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in all flights.
