8:15 - 9:30 am	Welcome Opening keynote	Dr. Dell’Osso - Presentation of his research work with nystagmus. He and Dr. Hertle have pioneered much of the recent research in Nystagmus. Dr. Dell'Osso has nystagmus as well.
