The American Nystagmus Network Room Block cut-off date is June 25, 2009. Rooms that are reserved after this date will be sold at the prevailing hotel rates. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14%) in effect at the time of check in.
METHOD OF RESERVATIONS
Individual attendees will make reservations for the Event directly with Marriott reservations at the Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel at 1-866-454-4400 or 412-562-1200. Ask for Front Desk Reservations. Available from 8am-6pm M-F. Best chance is after 12 noon. The Central 800 number for Marriott may not be aware of the conference rate, or if they are, there may be issues with certain nights, as your webmaster found out!
GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by a credit card. Previously announced $10 gas card dropped in favor of a $30/night rate reduction.
