ANN Conference 2009
Airport Information
(terminal layouts, transportation options, links)

There are several ways to get to and from the airport:

Super Shuttle (recommended) - It looks like super shuttle just took over the old express shuttle service.

If you are adventurous or cheap:
The 28X bus will take you within a couple of blocks of the hotel for $2.60 each way

Of course, you can rent a car (if you drive) or take a cab (expensive).

Below are layouts of the four main areas of the airport. They are enlarged slightly from the airport webpages.

Map of the terminal areas of Pittsburgh airport – basically you will arrive at one of the four gate areas. You head toward the core and follow the signs for baggage pickup and ground Transportation. You will find a shuttle train to the main terminal. It does not matter which one you take. Again just follow the signs. On the baggage map you can see where it says “Express Shuttle”. If you do not book in advance, you can buy your ticket there. You can save a couple of bucks by getting a round trip ticket. If it works the same way as previously, you have to call them to schedule a pickup for the return trip. They can tell you, based on your flight time, what time you need to be picked up, it something like 2 and half hours ahead of flight time.
